These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Journey mobile app ("the App"), provided by TODO ÔÇö legal entity name ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least TODO ÔÇö age, e.g. 16 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. The service

My Journey generates and adapts personalized training and nutrition plans using AI, and lets you log workouts, meals, body metrics, and check-ins to track progress. Some features (AI plan generation, meal/body-photo analysis, AI coaching chat) are provided by third-party AI models ÔÇö see the Privacy Policy for which processors are involved.

3. Not medical advice

The App provides general fitness and nutrition guidance generated by AI and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information (age, sex, health metrics) so the App can generate a safe, relevant plan.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings Ôćĺ Delete Account, which permanently removes your data ÔÇö see the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & billing

The App offers a free tier and a paid subscription with additional features, managed through TODO ÔÇö Apple App Store / Google Play billing, via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; pricing, trial terms, and cancellation are managed through your app store account settings. TODO ÔÇö confirm refund policy per platform (Apple/Google) rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the App's operation, or circumvent security measures.
• Upload content (notes, chat messages, photos) that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the App's AI features to generate content unrelated to fitness/nutrition coaching in a way that abuses the service.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit (logs, notes, photos, chat messages). You grant us a license to process this content solely to provide and improve the App's features, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated plans and feedback may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific circumstances ÔÇö use your own judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TODO ÔÇö legal entity name is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including injury resulting from following an AI-generated training or nutrition plan.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
